Boolean attribute for enabling the accessibility tutorial when a screen reader is detected. When turned on, the fragment will display a sequence of instructions optimized for users with accessibility needs.

NOTE: the accessibility tutorial is not supported for MiSnapSettings.UseCase.BARCODE, MiSnapSettings.UseCase.FACE nor MiSnapSettings.UseCase.VOICE.

Can be set either programmatically in the MiSnapSettings, or through the nav graph's 'argument' tag.
